When calling in Japan	We can get a Tokyo, Osaka, or Yokohama number for you to call. Extra monthly charges apply to the number. You then call that number and the phone in the Philippines will ring. If no Japan number is available, you can use our alternative method/s in calling using our web dialer or purchasing an internet phone adaptor for your high speed internet in Japan. In the Philippines	OOPA will issue an internet phone adaptor to your designated recipient in the Philippines that they can connect to a router or modem.

How to use it	1) Dial the local phone number that OOPA assigned to you. 2) Wait for the ringing tone. 3) If answered, talk all you can.
