We can get a Tokyo, Osaka, or Yokohama number for you to call. Extra monthly charges apply to the number. You then call that number and the phone in the Philippines will ring.

You will also need to connect the internet phone adaptor with an analog phone - wired or wireless. This will be the phone that the Philippines will be able to call you at.

OOPA will issue an internet phone adaptor to your designated recipient in the Philippines that they can connect to a router or modem. They need to connect an analog phone - wired or wireless phone to the adaptor. They can also use this phone to call you in Japan.
